The initial device I received was not able to connect with the Flipr app. But after diagnosing with support, they will be sending a replacement.So I am happy with the support so far, and assuming the new device works, based on other reviews, I am sure I will be happy with the product as well.

Should have listened to 1 star reviews as those are true.It had weakest Bluetooth strength hence it was never able to connect.Worked for 1st two days (though data reading wasn't accurate) then always connection issue.In the end, I got bugged with it, so I finally threw it.It's really sad that I wasted AED 800 for another western junk. If anyday I will get something like this from China, I will happily buy because not only I will get that 1/100th of the price but also I am sure it will 100% work, since my other smart devices from China are still working flawlessly.

Nice idea but terrible customer support. Do not waste your money. I have a dead unit, which probably needs no more than a battery replacement. I offered to pay any necessary costs for fixing it. After a few of emails, they disappeared and closed my support ticket without even so much as a message to me. They made me send proof of purchase etc but did nothing other than wasting my time and going radio silent.

I am very pleased to say that the after sales service from Flipr has been excellent. I can really recommend as the after sales jumped on the problem immediately and I am happy with how they helped me resolve all my problems. 100% happy!!!David

Absolutely no regret. Even the pool service company that I stopped using told me the water is much cleaner now.Classy unboxing, quick setup and the app is also very easy to use !I can check my pool now from anywhere even abroad.

Very good product when it works …. It’s only Bluetooth not WiFi like I assumed when I bought itIt stopped working 11 months after I bought it - very disappointed

The product is working well, the after sales service supported promptly in terms of understanding of the App subscription

I received the device: the apps doesnt let you connect to it...endless searching fromIphone. Very poor!

Ich habe das Gerät gekauft weil ich wegen einer chronischen Erkrankung sehr auf die Wasserqualität im Pool achten muss. Das Gerät selbst ist einfach zu installieren und funktioniert, wenn es geht, sehr gut! Bei mir war leider nach 2 Monaten plötzlich die Verbindung weg und ich habe es seither nur sporadisch geschafft, dass es Messungen macht. Die Serviceanfrage muss man auf Französisch machen, es gibt keinen Service in Englisch oder Deutsch und auch keine hilfreichen Antworten! - Wenn ich könnte, würde ich es zurückgeben! Leider schon außerhalb der Rückgabefrist. Wem ich wegen Garantie anschreiben soll, k.A.

J'ai découvert Flipr dans une maison que j'ai loué, le propio en était content. Me voila donc moi aussi avec flipr et c'est top ! Effectivement il faut prendre l'abonnement pour avoir accès aux mesures hors de chez soi, mais c'est très pratique vu que je suis souvent en déplacement. Un peu destabilisé au début car l'application affiche des dosages moins importants que ceux que j'aurais mis, mais au final ça suffit amplement, en tout cas l'eau est niquelle !! et je dépense moins de produit ! bref très content

Ni la caja ni las instrucciones ni la app están en español . Tan solo en Ingles las instrucciones y la app en francés mezclado con español . Las mediciones de temperatura no son exactas , las de Ph y cloró aún no lo he podido comparar . No tienes acceso a la mediciones que hace a no ser que estes junto a la piscina . No mide el nivel de sal .
