I have purchased jbl wireless bluetooth but right side earbud not working i have also talk to harman they told me that As per the provided serial number (CS0265-GJ0158509) unit not registered in our system , please contact amazon for avail warranty.

Very good headphone for it's price. The sound quality is good. It connects very easily once paired with a device. Gets charged fast as well. The only problem I faced is that with mic . Quality of mic is bad and not clear.

Unfortunately only the right earbud was working so had to send it back. Google'd the problem and discovered it's fairly common it seems. Please tell me how can i have it replaced since i received it on October 8.. Exactly 15 days now from receipt.

For a JBL brand, the price was pretty low so I was skeptical at buying it at first. But it proved to be a legitimate and genuine JBL. I'm glad I made the purchase.It usually takes about 1.5 - 2 hours to charge it from 0% to 100%, and that would usually last 7-8 hours.Having a bluetooth headset is really convenient. I use it all the time, when I cook, I do laundry, I do yoga, I jog. Basically all the time.

verglichen mit anderen Kopfhörern ist der Tragekomfort leider sehr schlecht. Die rutschen dauernd raus und länger als 20 Minuten hält man das einfach nicht aus, da die nicht nur ständig rausrutschen sondern auch gleichzeitig noch drücken im Ohr.Man kann sich also kaum bewegen oder seinen Kopf nur ganz ruhig halten, weshalb es mir ein Rätsel ist, dass einige Leute schreiben, dass sie damit Sport machen können.Der Akku hält kaum. Vielleicht mal 1 Stunde stabil und dann wird die Verbindung zum Gerät alle 10 Minuten unterbrochen. Soweit ist die Geräuschunterdrückung okay, leider verstehen mich aber Anrufer oft nur ganz leise und verkriselt.Es war jetzt für das Geld okay ein paar mal, Schade ist aber, dass ich die im Großen und ganzen einfach nicht nutzen kann, wofür sie gedacht waren. Nämlich unterwegs und im Homeoffice über Kopfhörer telefonieren zu können, da mein Handy in dieser Richtung in Mikro und Ausgabe beschädigt ist und das nur noch mit Lautsprecher funktioniert. Das sollte eine alternative sein, um kein neues Handykaufen zu müssen. So wird jetzt noch mehr Elektroschrott produziert und das auch noch doppelt. Bei aller Profitgier bitte behaltet doch als Firma mal im Blick, dass das nachhaltig Kunden kostet, denn ich werde von dieser Marke nichts mehr kaufen.
