I dont know why people are reviewing this hard to assemble: either you have lego toys when you young or paid more attention at workshop DIY classes.The actual item came in a box nothing fancy packaging wrap. Only i can comment is how the metal tubes are packed: mine are completely not packed organized but no worries as i organize them before assembly.This came out to be taller than i expected, probably 5 feet or more. Only bad i can think off is the two hanging "antennas"(protuding blue plastics, i call them antennas bec. Its two on sides) they are pretty loose and just sits there and swiveling freely. I prefer them to be tighter. I havent actually tested this for durability but also, it doesnt assure you of space saving- this can't be folded fyi so its intended to be fixed in one place which i see its down point as well. I see this as a disposable piece and wont last for 2 or three yrs

Very bad quality. Almost all pieces of this rack fall apart in few weeks. Never buy this

It looks good, and much place to dry the clothes. But the problem with this hanger is that the tubes (pipes) connecting between two sides are having little shorter in length. If I connect one side other side get disconnected. I tried hard and connected. It required hard to keep the distance between two sides. Also we cannot use rough. Need little care to put the clothes. Otherwise pipe will get disconnect.

The rods are metal and the holders are plastic. But it's really well made. Recieved all the parts and it was easy to assemble. With an easy to follow assembling guide given along.It is a bit wobbly but is surprisingly more sturdy than I expected.Worth the investment.

Its nice product. its best for use in small balconies or tight space. more cloths can be hanged and it takes less space then normal cloth hangers. but it takes about 45 min to assemble as each and every rod, plastic pieces and wheels are to be fixed. clear instructions are on the box so assembling is easy.

The pipes keep coming out from either side and the stand keeps collapsing. The side bars can be dropped but what joy in doing it if the stand was to be fixed every time you try and hang clothes. Tried to stick the pipes with glue so that it doesn't come out, but that too failed. I am working out the return policy for the product. Hope the manufacturer acts upon the feedback to improve the quality.

It needs to be hot glued together. Keeps falling often and was pretty annoying. After hot gluing it. It's fine.
