DELSEY PARISTitanium Hardside Expandable Luggage with Spinner Wheels

I bought a set of Delaney suitcases just prior to the pandemic. I took one trip, the pandemic started, and then had to put it away for over two years. After nearly three years, I was finally able to travel.On the third trip, a wheel broke off seemingly suitcase. I tried twice to find replacements on Amazon and fix it myself. Having to return both replacement sets of wheels, which are supposed to fit my Delsey suitcase, I decided to contact Amazon to find out about possible warranties.Amazon told me, despite the pandemic, and the global inability to travel and use our luggage, it has been too long for any warranty to apply. So, I got three trips out of my suitcase, attempted to replace the broken wheel with two replacement sets of wheels from Amazon, without finding the correct wheels, and was given a whopping $20 credit. I also had to take my valuable time to go the Whole Foods twice to return the replacement wheels, which were supposed to fit my suitcase.Do not buy this suitcase. They are clearly not built for how suitcases are handled by airlines, etc., in travel. They do not honor warranties, even when a pandemic was the reason for it being voided, and finding replacement wheels is not easy, effective, or efficient.Be careful with buying this suitcase. Not only did the product lack durability, Amazon’s generally strong customer service failed in backing up my situation. I will be buying another suitcase from a bricks and mortar store.

Really sturdy, but light-weight cases. I was really surprised at the weight. The smaller us nested inside the larger one, and it was still easy to lift from the box.Both cases expand up to two inches. However, the expansion material is exposed cloth and can rip with rough use.They both have zippered compartments. In the small one, the zippered compartment isn't a separate bag, it is built into one side.The inside material is rather thin, but not unlike what you find in other cases.Both also have straps to hold down cloths or storage travel bags on one side. The outside zippers are very good quality.These are super easy to pull. The rollers are great and don't squeal or stick. The expandable handle seems sturdy enough, but more use will tell.I do worry that the case is so light weight the sides might not last. But again, time will tell.

I just purchased the 19/29 set and am quite disappointed to see that my 19 in carry on does NOT, in fact have the easy access front laptop pocket!The luggage is beautiful. I can't attest to its durability yet, as I haven't left for my trip.I do feel that the lack of the laptop compartment, as pictured, was falsely advertised.In case anyone is interested, I've included a photo of the quilted overnighter I purchased, in burgandy. It is also beautiful and a perfect match to my black cherry titanium pieces. They are true to the color shown.

Carried luggage twice. The top corner is cracked. Not a good investment.

I have used this luggage to fly to Germany, Moscow Russia, and a couple of places in the U.S. in the last few months and while they do show a few small scratches they have held up fantastically! When I returned from Russia I had several glass items in my luggage and even with traveling from that far away and being handled multiple times, nothing was broken! They are light, roll fantastically and look great! Very happy with these pieces, best luggage I have ever owned!
