The best book I have ever read
The title of this review seems a bit dramatic but it’s true.I can’t say I’ve read enough books to claim that this is the best book out there, because I haven’t even scratched the surface, especially with the classics.Though I’ve read a fair share of books of all genres and the way this book was composed, it’s been my favourite experience so far.It was very easy to read, without being vulgar.Of all the thrillers I’ve read this is the first that’s ever truly had me gripped, wanting, NEEDING to know more. A true page-turner!Now onto the actual story, don’t worry - no spoilers! If I remember correctly, you read this book from 3 different perspectives, but 2 for the majority of the book. Caroline is the only person who’s chapters are in the first person, so you’re reading it as if she’s directly telling you her own story (I, we), and the other 2 are third person, so as if someone else is telling you their story (he, she, they), this narration is not to be mistaken as Caroline telling you their version of events, because the events are recalled very differently by the main characters, which at first really confused me and threw me off but quickly became something that I actually enjoyed because it was part of the suspense, “they’re mentally ill”, “what actually happened?”, “is this a dream”…I’m sorry if this is confusing, it sort of is until you read it yourself.Anyway, these are constantly switching and usually each one ends on a cliffhanger. The book truly kept me guessing the whole way through, I sort of guessed the end twist, it was one of my many guesses while I paused to take in what I had just read. And although I wanted more from the ending, I wasn’t disappointed because the whole book was such an enjoyable experience, I wasn’t relying on the conclusion to determine whether it was good or worth the read.My only wish was that Michele had given us a little more about the aftermath and what the victim in this story went on to do with their lives. But all in all I really loved it and as soon as I submit this review I’m going to look at other books to purchase from this author!

Good read
Very good book! And great plot. You see the end coming but you want to keep reading for the ins and outs. Only let down was there was a few moments left unanswered that seemed to have been hugely highlighted throughout the book so slightly annoying. But over all a good read.
