Will this work if the hole is a little to big for the wall plug?

Yes. You can wet two or three discs, layer them together, wrap them around the molly as shown on the instructions, and insert them into the hole in the wall. They will fill the space around the anchor for a tight fit.

Will this work on wooden cabinet?

Here’s an update to my previous answer. According to the info on the packaging, this product WILL work with wood. Personally, unless I was going to paint the wood afterwards, I don’t think the repair would look very nice.

Will this work with the drywall anchors that look like screws?

Search youtube for a video that compared various ways to attach things to holes in drywall. This was found to be best. I did not compare it to anything, but I can confirm it does work well. No more wiggling towel racks.

what is disc made of?

They look like little doilys with a powder on it. Just wet, wrap the anchor, insert in hole, wait the required time (a few minutes) and insert the screw. Very secure. Works great. Have a wet rag for clean up in case the wet powder from the "doily" drips on the wall. If it does run a bit, just wipe with the wet rag. Even if it has dried, once the wet rag touches it, it come right off.
