We used the blender for the 1st time on October 12, 2026 to make a milkshake. We started running the blender on speed #1, and it was ok. Then we increased the speed to #2. A leak started immediately from the bottom (the base) of the blender and made a mess. I have it all on video. I understand that there is a 2 year Warranty. We need the blender repaired or replaced or a full refund that we can use to buy a different brand. We are very disappointed

Made in France and works perfectly came with good packaging 100% genuine product ,you can purchase without any doubt

The blender seems to be working properly but once we closed the upper lid, we couldn't open it at all. It was completely locked in place. Moreover, it says 1.75 litre but the capacity is only 1.5 litre. Misleading details! I'm returning this and getting another one.

Very weak. Will not mix anything Very hard to clean. There is residue stuck between the plastic that can never come out. I think i will try to file a complaint about it since it is becoming a health hazard

This blender is a life saver, been using it for 4years now and I can tell it still serves me till date

Its a good blender with sharp blades Everything is perfect except noise The only bad thing is its too much noise Otherwise its really a good quality product
