I have received the package quickly with no hassle. The installation was easily done by my husband and me, but you do have the option to request for free installation service. Although instruction materials were on different model, it has similar parts and it is understandable. So far I use it every day without any problems. Worth the money!

Response from the service is not appreciable and turn around time is very low.Service team asked me to send the Electronics (PCB) to there address and same was sent back to me with out problem resolution.The company has stopped responding to my calls and repeated message. i strictly not recommend this product.I felt cheated for my money, very sad that they are using online platforms to cheat people.

I have been using it for about 2 months now, and haven't faced any issue regarding anuthing. It's easy to assemble. The customer care service is great they've called and emailed many times to confirm whether it's working properly or not.
