Me gusta mucho el tamaño ya que puedes hacer facil comida como para 6 personas y cabe hasta mas. Viene pre-curado pero como quiera le di otra pasada de manteca y lo meti al horno 1 hr. Y listo! Practicamente no se pega. Eso si, no lo dejo remojar, lo lavo pronto y seco con toalla y despues en la estufa encendida para terminar de secar. Untar con un poco de aceite o aceite de coco y dejar enfriar. Me encanta que puedes realmente dorar o asar carne, pescado, camarones, vegetales.Este producto me lo mandaron de Amazon EUA. Llego bien empacado y sin problemas en la fecha estimada. Tenia algo de dudas por ser algo grande y si es pesado, pero llego en excelentes condiciones.

Wow this is one fantastic cast iron pan. With proper seasoning this is pretty much a non stick pan. Brilliant at cooking meat, it tends to help the meat maintain it's juices. You can fry eggs without any sticking as well. You really only need to have the heat at a bit over medium for great results. The trick for great results is to make sure the pan is super hot before adding anything to the pan, this ensures a pretty good non stick outcome.Yes it is heavy but after all it is cast iron and it does have a little grip piece opposite the handle so you can easily use two hands. Should anything stick it's quite easy to clean. Seasoning is also simple. This pan should last a lifetime and a great selling point is it works on all cooking surfaces including Induction and camp fire.I must admit I've always been keen on Calphalon pans and this one doesn't dissapoint. An excellent buy that provides great results. If your in the market for a pan of similar specs i don't know that you'll find anything else with better bang for buck.

De las mejores compras que he hecho. El sarten esta bien muy bien hecho, el calor se distribuye por todo el hierro lo que hace que tengas una coccion uniforme. Muy versatil, yo lo uso para carne, pescado y pollo. Le tienes que dar su mantenimiento cada vez que acabas de usarlo para mantenerlo en las mejores condiciones.

Although listed as nonstick I followed others and seasoned the pan a couple more times before using. V happy with this purchase. Excellent product, nicely rounded at the bottom of the pan, decent weight and well made. I do concur with others that the handle is a bit small. Overall good price and sure it is a sound investment for years to come.

The grill is heavy cast iron and seems well made. Of course, like all cast iron, being pre-seasoned doesnt mean anything, you still should season it yourself. Overall I like it, a little smaller than my previous cast aluminum pan. I use this on my bbq. The grease tray is too shallow when cooking bacon but good for most other things.
