The product has dirty finger prints everywhere and I don’t know how but it has a molds inside. A black molds. Unbelievably disappointed product. Its a old one that they are selling.

I fail to understand how this product got such a high rating! (Kudos to their marketing, for 'inspiring' 4 and 5-star reviews.) It does not do the job a lotion is supposed to do — moisturize skin — with a quantity that a lotion is normally used in. It is difficult to apply as it dries up quickly once scooped from the container. Once the fragrance 'evaporates’, it smells like you are wearing butter or ghee the whole day except that butter or ghee applied directly would not smell this bad. Good quality butter that this product is claimed to be made out of would be over seven times cheaper. I got stuck ordering this item, but you do not have to!post slip:1. Himalaya or Dove baby lotion (use twice as much or even more and still it would be more economical than this product) or Aveeno lotion is a better option if one is looking for paraben-free lotion.2. Some cosmetics manufacturers use various scare tactics in marketing their 'natural' products, such as paraben-free, to manipulate customers into buying their 'safe' products at exorbitant prices and, ironically, forcing unsuspecting consumers into buying unsafe products at sky-high prices. Parabens and like preservatives get added to food, health and personal care products to safeguard against harmful microbes and mold during shelf life, which is customarily 24-30 months. These 'natural' product manufacturers too employ the same 24-30 months shelf life with no provision to guard against the harmful microbes. In countries like India where no regulatory safety standards exist, consumers get looted under the banner of 'safe' and 'natural' products when, in fact, they are anything but. US FDA and EU do permit four parabens, namely, methylparaben, propylparaben, butylparaben, and ethylparaben (of which first two are commonly used in cosmetics) in permitted proportion in food, health and personal care products on the basis that there is no scientific data showing these four parabens being detrimental to human health and that no advantageous alternative exists. While it is good to be a health-conscious consumer, it is equally important to be a pragmatic and not get carried away with 'chemical-free', 'paraben-free' claims especially when no safe alternative exists.

Buying this product for second time, but this time it feels like the product is duplicate, as the colour of the cream is white and not lite yellow the it should be, I need replacement of this product or refund

Received duplicate product in my second order. The slight yellowish cream was received first time and it smelled better. Both time seller was same but different product received. The container comes without any seal. Seems absence of seal makes it easy to counterfeit. Mamaearth should package the product with proper seal. Very disappointed with this experience of purchasing an expensive cream. I am loosing faith on buying mamaearth products online.

I have ordered this product for the first time with a faith that it will work good on my skin. I only use herbal and natural products so i ordered this one. The moisturize is really good and lasting but the fragrance is not so nice. as of now i can only tell you about these two things as i have just started using this cream and awaiting for results :)
