Smell mentioned by others doesn’t linger. Within the minute is gone. Doesn’t stain. Works well against mold and odors. Purchased over and over and so far happy!

Bad Smell
The product mentions pleasant smells but it smells exactly like bleach. So basically its bleach plus water but a costly one. I thought it would clean properly but it rather start smelling so awful that can’t really breathe
