Very nice product. The unit working perfectly. Sturdy running board fit for my heavy body weight. One thing i can suggest, need to improve the speaker sounds quality. Generaly, I am happy having this unit in my home. Best option for someone looking for home threadmill.

المنتج جيد جدالكن المشكلة في الشركة نفسها غير متجاوبين ابدا في الواتس اب ولا يوجد لديهم اية وسيلة تواصل اخرىلان قاموا بالتركيب رغم التأخير ولكن وجدت مشكلة في التركيب وحاليا اواجه صعوبة في التواصل معهم.

The treadmill is really nice and actually better than expected. The instructions and parts manual were not correct, in that they didn't correspond to what was contained in the parts package. This was worrying, but I decided to go ahead and put the treadmill together (which was pretty easy) having guessed right that that large screws mentioned/missing were already used for the pre-setup portion (main deck and motor).The one other issue I had was in getting an appropriate plug adaptor (Indian to UAE). I eventually found one at a small privately owned electronics store. The big box stores (Ace Hardware, Carrefour, E Max, etc...) didn't carry this particular adaptor, but now I can use the treadmill and it works fine.BTW, my main question was as to why the warranty does not cover the treadmill outside of India and what can I do if something goes wrong?I recommend checking out YouTube "How to" videos for taking care and properly maintaining your treadmill. Great info such as NEVER Use WD-40 or petroleum based lube on your treadmill (use silicon based only). And tips to loosen/tighten the belt if it starts to slip or go off center.So initial experience is downgraded to 4 stars due to lack of response to questions, no warranty outside of India and not having an included adapter and poor instruction manual. Its the treadmill itself that kept me from giving a lower rating. It's a solid nice looking and so far preforming machine.

I have been using this treadmill ( Powermax tdi 550)for last 2 months. It’s sturdy and it feels great to walk/ jog on it. It’s doesn’t skids on running. And extra shockers adds to it’s performance. Joints are not exposed to undue stress. Running area( belt) is one of the most desirable characteristics. Extra wide and extra long. It gives a sense of safety while running fast. Motar of the treadmill is extremely efficient and quiet. This treadmill looks premium and I am more than happy to own it . Powermax people have been very helpful , they reciprocated and solved all my queries. In current situation ( corona pandemic) , treadmill is a must have equipment for all fitness enthusiasts .

السير اول ماشريته كان ممتاز من اول اسبوع تعطل عداد الخطوات والقلب
