The recipe are great but there is a learning curve the tune time/ temperature and dosage to your own bread machine!

I've only just received this book and have tried too recipes, both have turned out badly and have not risen at all. Very disappointed

Great book, I found that you need to cook the bread long with it being so moist mixture.

Tried two of the recipes and neither worked in my bread machine.

Very disappointed and poor quality as pages were falling out as they were being turned over
