Not as Advertised
The item is not as advertised. The actual product does not have the poles extending out and smaller than expected.

Its not sturdy also not stable.. broke after 2 days of use.
It's not a sturdy product. Has only 2 wheels lock which not not resist the stand from moving. on drying a wet bath towel .. it felt down and the plastic joints broke. Very poor quality stuff.I wish i could get the refund for this product.

Not as advertised
The actual product does not have the poles extending out and smaller than expected. Asked for replacement thinking that it's the wrong item sent. But, new one is identical. All the rods are not of metal, also the connectors are not 3way as shown in the advertisement. Yet, to test it's strength. Disappointed:(.

not as good
the plastic connect is not strong plastic and got broken easily. i have to throw mine less than a month from purchasing it.

Not a good quality.
The quality ain't good because it collapsed a few times already and the thing that connects each rod already broke. We're still using it by putting tape around the connector so it can hold the clothes without collapsing.

Wrong product
Rcvd in a day, but it does not have extended arms as claimed in the description.. I selected this above other products for the extended arms but felt cheated for receiving wrong product.. not returning to avoid the hassle of dismantling repacking etc.. but dissapointed to receive wrong product

Quality not good. Delivered item is not same as mentioned. Its not extendable from sides. Going to return it.
