Most awful build quality in a chair award goes to this chair
The chair in the picture looks very comfortable but the first time you sit it falls apart, with all screws tightened that is. The leg rest under the chair is the flimsiest thing ever and the first time you put your arms on the arm rests to pull yourself up in the chair they bend open and I had to remove them. Once remove this chair is still not usable, one for the garbage. Awful build quality and materials, do not buy.

It's very quality.
the back T metal got out of shape really quick and I had to work around it to make it better, the cushion is not comfortable at all.The chair broke after half a month of office use and it left me very disappointed and with more back pain.

Don’t invest your money
Well first of all, no installation person come to install the chair, and then so called installation guide is a piece of paper that shows how the brand is keeping its reputation in the market. Secondly, the product sucks…I’ve wasted my money on an awful chair..I could have bought a better one from a reputed brand. (would have costed me more). I mean this chair doesn’t solve any purpose… I wish Amazon scrutinizes sellers products before they even publish their products on the website……I am really sad and disappointed with this purchase….wish could speak to the seller on call.I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.Buy it at your own risk

Very good chair, good value for money
Was easy to assemble, great look and very comfortable. Just as advertised.

Poor Quality
I have been using this product for a month now, with in a month of standard use two things have happened. Most importantly back lean and rise mechanism has stopped working which I hardly use. Secondarily I rest my left arm rest leather got torned and cusion has moved from its place. I used the chair for about 2 to 3 hours daily for study. Overall not happy with the product quality and I will definitely not recommend to people looking for long Lasting and durable product.

Poor quality of the product
The producy quality is not as shown, it seems the product has been used. I need you to provide me with the resolution since i needed the product from a long time and there was q delay in delivering my product as well for almost 7 days
