PWR Scrub Mop Refill

The first refill only survived two rounds of mopping. As I was wringing out the mop head the sponge came out of the metal piece that holds the sponge in the handle. The second sponge refill popped out of the metal piece at the beginning of my mopping session today! I only wrung it out four times so I didn't even finish mopping the laundry room. There's no way to get the sponge head back into the metal piece. Don't waste your money on these refills! Complete garbage.

Terrible replacement. The original mop head lasted a very long time. I finally installed the replacement and it only lasted roughly 3 minutes before falling apart.I then swapped it out with the 2nd replacement and again, about 5 minutes in, #2 fell apart. Had to resort to completing the job on my hands and knees with a broken mop sponge.Had this only happened to 1 of the mop heads, I'd have given the seller the benefit of the doubt. But to have both replacements fall apart within a 10 minute period is ridiculous.Extremely disappointing.

First time we used the mop head it came apart in the bucket. I think it was defective. Please see photo. The silver part that holds the sponge was not clamped tight enough. Not sure how to return this? Help...

These HAVE to be aftermarket refills because both came apart in 1 day. The first one came off whole mopping so I changed the head with the second one from the package. Well, that one came off while I was RINSING it. Now I'm stuck with no mop and another room that needs to be mopped. Don't waste your money.

I had ordered a package of two. One of them worked great. The second one however when I put it into the mop it immediately came apart. The sponge mop head was not secured in the metal clip that holds the mop in place. It was apparently a mfg defect in one of them. I was disappointed but reordered another set. I will reserve the five star until I am sure it is not a larger quality issue.

Horrible. I have already had to throw both away. Neither stayed in the mophead and both came out of the metal frame it attached to for inserting in the mophead. Waste of money.

I have ordered these mop head refills twice. Upon first use the mop portion pops out of the round metal holder. You cannot fix it. I returned the first order and they sent a replacement. Once again, the mop head popped out on the first use. waiting around for refills that are defective, doesn't get the floor clean, not to mention the time it takes to package and return. I would look elsewhere for your mop head refills.

Original head starting to wear. No one seems to stock these. Not even where I bought the mop. They can order it from their nearby warehouse but this wayI had it delivered without burning my time and gas
