So I read the reviews on this polish and decided to go ahead and purchase the 3 pack. Waste of money! The polish is either too thin or too thick depending on the pen. 3-5 coats to fully cover and I roughed up their nails a little before applying. It chips not long after it dried. I've used polish pens, paint pens, permanent markers in the past on myself so I know how to use a polish pen and it was NOT user error. I don't like these pens!The price was high for something that is crap.It takes to many coats to fully cover.It takes a while for the 2nd - 5th coat to dry.It chips as soon as it dries.It is a pain the remove the left over polish after 4 days.

I’ve been looking for a puppy nail polish that would actually show up on my pups nails for a while now, and I’m so glad I decided to take a chance on this one! My pup was a lot more relaxed with this polish and the pen like design made my job much less of a hassle. After reading reviews, I was a bit worried at first if I would have enough product to cover all 4 paws but the pen lasted perfectly! You don’t really need to press down while painting the nails, so I’m wondering if that’s why the product didn’t last for others. I had enough to do 2 coats, and still have a bunch left over. I recommend keeping the cap on while waiting for the nails to dry to keep the paint from drying up or clogging. In addition, I quite like the darker purple but if you wanted a brighter, more vibrant shade, you could easily use white as a base beforehand. Overall I think this pen has awesome coverage, reasonable drying time, and is quite hassle free. I’ll definitely be buying more colors in the future.

Tricky to see on dark nails which makes it harder to know if any is even going on.Our Chow has very dark nails, we tried all three colors and could not only barely see any that got on, but after sitting there for a couple of minutes, had only a small patch of one nail done.Maybe great for light nails can't speak to that.We ended up returning them, as they didn't work for our dog.

Red and pink were visible for black nails. Purple was too dark and didn’t show. Coverage was hard as it would streak and trying to go back over it would remove the dried polish so even if I layered white first it would just come off. Dried quickly and no pealing after 24 hours so far (and that is multiple trips outside in the rain).Heidi is pictured with red.

These are horrible. The paint barely comes out of it. I spent more time on trying to get it to come out then I did on grooming the dog. It’s supposed to be quick dry but plan on spending 20 mins trying to get the paint to come down. Finally after flipping it upside down on something hard like it said to do the tip just broke all together up inside the pen causing a huge mess. Waste of money, huge mess and inpatient dogs is what you will get with this product
