It came with no paperwork period not even instruction manual as such and as I didn't cap a small vent boiling water sprouted on my neck and caused my whole neck to have second degree burn I contacted Amazon and they said they will pull it off till they remedy the situation but I guess they didn't So it may be a good product but no papers inside at all in my delivery
