It does make difference in weight loss.
I have completely used it and now i am reviewing it.It does help in weight loss and help in strength if you consume before workout. Loads of energy.But you also need to follow proper calaorie control diet.I also used to drink lemon water early in the morning before breakfast (3 -4 lemons). And i have lost 8 kg weight in 2.5 months.Calorie control and proper workout procedure will definitely help you loose fat and build muscle. My calorie intake was almost 1000-1500 max per day. And my protein intake was 120-140 gm in average.Also i would like to add one more thing which is whenevr i consumed more than the required serving it would upset my stomach. So take the serving as per suggested which is 15ml. Otherwise if you can compromise with stomach upset you can consume 20-25ml. Though it was not that serious.Thank you

Really good for weightloss if you are upto it
this is good for weight loss i have tried the below falours as of now1. Blueberry Razz2. Strawberry Kiwi3. Mango pineappleOut of which i really liked the Mango pineapple but the Blueberry Razz is very refreshing and i am not against Strawberrykiwi but that okay for tasting.Coming to the Review. i have seen this in action i.e., i have tried it on myself for over 5 months. have to say these do work and i dont see any issue with the productCons1. Its Costly And normally you would get it around 1.5k but the seller are seeling at 2k which is extoring from us!2. Now the bottling cap is an issue with these kind of bottles. i mean whne you flip the bottle180 deg . the air tight cap has some spaces so that liquid comes and stay in the ring of the bottle cap and the bottle so when you open after flipping the bottle you will spill the liquid thats bad

The best tasting blueberry I ever drank ;)
A bit heavy on the pocket if you know how to use this thing it is a gem if you don’t then this is a waste of money
