Original item perhaps, not sure if it is used or refurbished given the price.
The item seems to be used or opened before, it has a sticker from Virgin Megastore with the original price tag 799dhs, I think it was a returned item. seals on the box were loose, once side is torn and the cables were just thrown in the box, no plastic packing, no cable ties I am pretty sure this was opened before, not happy at all about the purchase despite that the headphones work well.
