Los comprimidos tienen sabor a fresa y se deshacen muy rápidamente en la boca; el método adecuado para la toma es vía sublingual. En cuanto a la dosis, si bien el fabricante recomienda 1 comprimido diario, por su concentración (1.000 miligramos por cada uno) con hacer 3 tomas semanales sería más que suficiente para aportar toda la vitamina B12 que nuestro cuerpo necesita teniendo en cuenta que solamente la aportamos por esta vía.

200 dolaylarında olan B12 seviyesi 15 gün sonraki kan tahlilinde 900 dolaylarındaydı. Her gün kullanılan ilk haftadan sonra 2 günde bir kullanılsa da ideal diye düşünüyorum. Dilinizin altına atın, orada yavaş yavaş erisin, birden yutmayın.
