My dog HATES to be brushed. She at least tolerates this brush. I feel like the bristles are a little softer. She's 35 lbs so I should have gotten a smaller one, but this still works great on her back, sides and belly. I can use it more frequently to brush her out. Definitely helps while we are dealing with seasonal blowouts.

I am kicking myself for not investing in a Chris Christensen brush earlier for my 2 year old mini goldendoodle. This slicker brush will be replacing 2 slicker brushes, a comb, and a de-matting comb I have previously purchased. I knew from the first stroke through his coat down his back that this was a game changer. It truly brushes through the length of the coat and does not tug and get caught. My dog doesn’t mind being brushed, but it’s over when it gets caught with our previous slicker brush. He sat down and was able to enjoy being brushed with this CC slicker brush. After brushing he looks like he does when he comes home from the groomer with a fresh blowout. You won’t be disappointed. I now would not hesitate to purchase any of the other products in the Chris Christensen line that are more money. Worth. every. dollar.
