Most of the time it doesn't come on and this has been since I bought it. I wasn't 100% sure for a while as I was using on my self-build and had no way of checking 100% but I have now finally amongst the pandemic confirmed that it is definitely the charger. Completely useless as you can't trust that it will come on. Not sure if it is too late to try for a replacement, I know that it has been many months. I see other people have had this problem too.I have tried to contact them for an exchange (as per their warranty - WARRANTY: 30 Days Refund - 24 Months Exchange. We are friendly Customer Support Experts) but it is impossible to contact them - you can only speak to Amazon who say I need to speak to the seller - please contact me to organise an exchange!!

IF if works, it works well. However it's been temperamental since I bought it and I thought this was down to the lighter plug not fitting well but in frustration today I cut it off and wired it direct and it still doesn't want to come on. Plenty of battery voltage and current available (200Ah LiFePo at 14.2v). Too late to return to Amazon and as they're not answering their phones "Due to Covid" (Oh get with the program, you've had a year!) I don't expect I'll get much help from PWR+ themselves.

This is what I need and performs how I need it to. Seems well constructed.I travel for the company and spend time in rentals. I bought it because I thought I would use it every now and then but once I had it it became part of my job.Overall a good experience with these chargers.

Works fine, arrived promptly. It has two connectors on it and only one can be used at a time, I assume so the same one covers a range of laptops.

Arrived on time and works just like it should.
