These have worked wonders in stopping the muscle cramps I was getting in my feet, legs and hands. I did research and found that along with potassium and a magnesium deficiency, calcium deficiency may also cause muscle cramps. My cramps were very bad, and had subsided a little taking potassium and magnesium, however, I was still getting them. I started taking this calcium supplement and thank goodness, no more cramps! I take them with food, however, they are large and you have to take two. The upside, they are gel caps, makes it easy to swallow. Would definitely recommend!
