Jeffrey Archer est un maître de l'écriture et du suspens. Après avoir lu son livre"Kane and Abel", je n'ai eu d'autre désir que de lire tous ses bouquins. Toujours très bien écrits, sans vulgarité, un anglais parfait et facile à comprendre, je recommande tous les livres de J. Archer à tout le monde.

I've read a few of Jeffrey Archer's books. Have enjoyed them all. This one was no different. Kept my attention, in fact so much so that I am now reading the fourth in the series. They read very quickly. But I have to warn you that you want to have the next book already purchased so that you can pick it up because each one ends with a cliff-hanger, and the next book will solve that mystery.I couldn't help but wonder how much of the story was autobiographical. Mr. Archer writes with a definite knowledge of much of what he writes about. All the characters are real, interesting, well described and thought out. Some books with this many characters and which have a list of characters at the beginning, I have found difficult to keep everyone straight and the relationships clear. Not so with this series. Not sure how Mr. Archer does it, but I never had a problem remembering who was who and how they related to each other. It may have helped that the time line was linear rather than going back and forth in history as some books do.This series is just fun and keeps your interest. Enjoy.
