These absorb great. I had gastric by pass and need calcium. I was a little Leary these would break down enough to absorb properly. Glad I decided to try them. After a bit started feeling great. Sine of my back pain went away. My back hurts if my calcium gets too low. Only gripe these are some big ass pills. I can't take them whole and I take hand full of vitamins at a time. I break it in half and take half at a time. It's a compromise for the benefit I get. You could coat this for ease of swallowing. I know there's natural stuff that would work.

Rainbow Light is an excellent supplement brand. I love this calcium tablet because I only need to take one a day. It is a bit on the bigger side so I usually take it with a meal, which makes it easier to swallow. I believe this supplement has been helping with my bone health and will continue taking it.

this product was first introduced to me by a pharmacist,back in 2006 or 2007. My nails had become very thin and brittle. Some of my finger nails were separating from the skin. Took these while breastfeeding my daughter. Worked well. Breastfed for 2 years. Not much of a taste to the pill. Not too large, easy to swallow. Good vitamins. Exceptional value.

This company makes the best vitamins - I took prenatal, calcium, and DHA all throughout my pregnancy (and now for nursing) and being vegetarian, I was worried about iron and other deficiencies. My blood work was always perfect - in fact, most of my meat-eating friends had iron and Vitamin D issues but I was fine! I also never had any gastro issues or queasiness from the multivitamin. My son is healthy, strong, tall - in the 95th percentile for everything except weight where he's 50th. When I'm done nursing I'll be getting their regular vitamin for sure.I also don't know if there's a reason for this or not but my urine, while taking the multivitamin, was never fluorescent yellow like with other vitamins - which makes me think that more is being absorbed into my body.
