First time our 8-week pup got it, he peed on it ;-). Didn't last an hour. We washed it and threw it in the dryer, and thought, we potty train him first. At 12 weeks and great with potty, we reintroduced this bedding and he's enjoyed it more! We think it's much warmer than our floor and our pup sometimes likes the hardwood feel. He does love to take his toys there. We'll have to see during the winter which one he prefers. Now at 15 weeks and teething so much, so far this product has held up. We've machine washed it the second time (vomit) and it's still holding well. He dens a lot and tries to scratch this thing as much as he can and so far so good. We do have to teach him not to nip on the edges. This fits well on his 24" crate. Quite thick so if you're using a divider, you'll have to pull/wiggle this inside. On hardwood, it's expected to slip around.

My cat loves it. I've actually just left the carrier with the bed in tbe living room since she would rather sleep on it then her soft bed 2 feet away. I haven't washed it so I don't know how it cleans. That is the Petmate two door top load 24inch pet kennel. I'm hoping that the next time we go to the vet she will feel calmer

Bought one of these for my smaller pooch, and was so impressed that I bought a bigger one for my bigger dog, who is not "blanket" dog at all. At least, she didn't used to be. They both love their new mats.

seems to be well made. Bought in preparation for a puppy we are getting in August. We will see how long it lasts when we get our puppy.
