When I took Nucleus out of the travel bag it comes with, I got surprised by its lightweight. I am a psychologist and I stand for never judge a book by its cover so I watch the tutorial and a video from their App. In a couple of minutes I was dripping in sweat! After my second workout I started to control the Nucleus more and felt it intensely on my core, shoulder and legs.I was attending group classes but lately I wasn't having time to go to the gym in between sessions with my clients so I decided to try the Nucleus since they claim it is intense and it's only 12 minutes. I can say that after 2 workouts I feel my whole body sore as I am typing this review :)I like their videos very much and all the options they have for beginners like me to start using the product. The trainers are really strong and it encourages me to keep working out and it kinds of gives a feeling of safety. Also the information provided by them is great. Little details but makes a big difference. I see my progression in 2 days learning from what they say!I am glad I found the Nucleus because It will save a lot of time and hopefully will give me the shape I am looking for!

I am a father of 2 kids and work from home. I am still adapting to this new lifestyle so I wanted to find a quick & intense workout. I bought in the past a treadmill but I didn't use it, I bought a bike and the same. I needed something short and It seems that I found it! I’m still in the beginning of using the Nucleus Core Pro, but Wow! So great for getting a complete workout without spending hours at the gym. I can get in a workout in 10 minutes (for now) and feel really energized!! Convenient, effective, and fun!!

Absolute waste of time and effort! This is a useless ineffective piece of "fitness" equipment with absolutely no resistance at all. Product is advertised to gradually gain resistance the faster and harder you use it; that is a an utter falsity! I am 6'6 at 400 pounds, and I got absolutely no resistance from this at all no matter how hard or fast I moved this useless plastic object. What is more frustrating is using it and having to listen to the liquid inside of it sloshing about for the duration! I should have been more skeptical about this product for it to have been out longer than a year without much social media traction or reviews! What sold me was the shockingly great advertising, but I guess that's what advertising is supposed to do! Nothing more than false, misleading, and exaggerated claims to benefit the fitness community!

I was bored of doing planks and sit-ups for core training. I heard about Nucleus from a friend that I trust and he's been getting shredded using it for only a month. It took me a couple of sessions to get the "impact/slam" motion right but it finally clicked and oh man... I went all out on my second workout and was extremely sore the next day...mostly in muscles I didn't know I had. For me this ticks all the boxes: You engage your core the entire workout and it's a full body workout with cardio. The device seems solid and the app, videos, trainers, are great. The company seems passionate about the product. They even offer private training. Highly recommended!

I love the fact that it only takes 14 minutes to do the workout. Don’t let the light weight of the device fool you. For the last week I have been sore in areas of my body that I didn’t know they existed! all around my body but especially the core.I have been lifting weights for years but COVID-19 got me, I gained a lot of weight and needed some cardio to do at home because now I work remotely.Nucleus is awesome! I am surprised with the build and functionality, there is a clever idea behind this device. Pretty simple but it works because I feel exhausted after every workout and definitely feel the burn all over.I would strongly recommend starting with the “All Conditions” workouts if you are a beginner. They have different levels and advance level workouts were a bit too much for my cardio level. It took me couple of sessions to learn how to get the best out of the motion of the liquid inside. New toy, new challenges!The workout videos on the App have a great choice of background music, every workout has a different type of music and the trainers are very likable.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

As much as I wanted this product to “work”, it simply hasn’t.I has the feel and sound of water sloshing around in a plastic container.Is mine broken?Anyhow, I’ve sadly returned it for a refund.I can perform HIT routines with a large, water-filled plastic bottle and achieve similar effects.

I was looking for a workout to do at home, save time and skip the crowds at the gym in these uncertain times. I followed Nucleus social media for a while, and I purchased it. Nucleus is fantastic! This little thing surprised me! I love how I feel my core and arms after every workout.It took a couple of sessions to understand how to take advantage of the liquid impact but their instructors are great! So far, I've done 6 workouts and tried 4 of their trainers. I would say the workouts are really easy to access and really quick 12-14 minutes.I am 55 years old and Nucleus is definitely helping me to stay on track. Looking forward to seeing the new videos. Highly recommended this product!

When I got it, it came with a satchel-like bag and the core pro unit. That's it... nothing else was inside the box, no, instructions no, card with special instructions to go to a web video. You gotta try and figure it out yourself. Thought, it was something like sand inside at first before I got it but it's just water. The way your supposed to use it is by your own momentum in a continuous motion and supposed to make your muscles tense up, I guess. This product is just a gimmick, I could of just got a 5 gallon water jug and get better results than this. $150 down the drain. PASS ON IT!
