Great book
I bought this book last week and tried several recipes this weekend for a dinner party. We all agreed that the food was delicious. They are simple to prepare, especially if you make the broth in advance and freeze it and the introduction is really helpful to advise how it works so that you can follow the principles throughout the day. Most of my friends and I have at least one parent with dementia so we were all keen to try the recipes and I will continue to use the recipes daily. My only reason for dropping one star is that it is American so I had to translate the imperial measurements and had to Google what scallions (Spring onions) and a few others were but that's easy enough to do!

Great Recipes but arrived damaged
Recipes looks amazing, however the book was really damaged and it’s suppose to be a birthday gift. So bit annoyed about that. It now looks scruffy.
