Stopped working in half an hour of use!!!
The media could not be loaded. This is a 3 year old item as per the date of manufacturing. And so the battery might have discharged completely. It's not taking a charge no matter how long we plugged it in. Also when plugged in, it is turning on and off for 2 seconds automatically until the item is unplugged!! Now even if I apply for a return, I may get a replacement item from the same date of manufacturing.

Good disinfectant UV device. Very portable. I wish it came in a case as the uv tube is exposed and can break . Recommend to keep it in a soft case

Low output. Disinfection is doubtful.
It is a total waste of money. The light intensity is way too low for any sort of disinfection to happen. Charged it for a few and tried again but no luck. You can't even see the light output in daylight.

It was old and not working at all
Both the wands were not getting switched on at all , need to check on such bad quality of supply by your vendors .
