It was fast and efficient, be near a toilet that's all I can say. Gentle on my stomach and good taste.

This Hyleys Colon Cleanse Blackberry work for me so far.
I just try it for 2 days, and I can feel it clean out my system and I feel good. I just ordered 6 boxes and I don't know if I used the long term is there any side affect?. Does anyone know. I usually don't give 5 stars unless it works.

gentle laxative tea
This tea is gentle and helps keep you moving. Flavor is good too. I like that it has a combination of various herbs such as senna, ginger, fennel, cinnamon, etc. I also like that it doesn't have any caffeine, so I drink it in the evening in order to have a smooth bowel movement in the morning.
