Really useful in many ways
I bought them for my dehydrator. Used for dipped apple slices and other "gooey" things. Also find useful when freezing items. Lay fruits veggies, meats etc in single layer on these sheets that is on a cookie sheet. Freeze until solid. Then super easy to remove to vacuum seal portions. Nothing sticks and clean up is super easy, but easier if you leave on cookie sheet to clean. Useful for baking cookies as well as they slide right off. I like these better than my name brand silicone sheets honestly. Would purchase again.

A good buy.
The only issue I have is the dimensions of the sheets don't match the dimensions of the trays for my dehydrator.

Works great
Worked great in our older dehydrator. Keeps elderberries from falling through. Easy clean up.

Great value...works perfect with my Excalibur 3900b
Bought these to go along with my Excalibur dehydrator. They are a very thin material, just slightly thicker than parchment paper. I'm not exactly sure what they're made of but it's almost like a woven silicone. The material is very slightly porous which is great when drying really damp stuff as it's tight enough to prevent drips but also allows a tiny bit of airflow from underneath. They are not 100% non-stick...when I make flax & veggie crackers I usually get a few little bits of stuff stuck on but I just throw them in the sink, run some water on them, wipe with a sponge and they're clean again. I also keep one on the very bottom tray of the dehydrator to catch drips which really helps keep the dehydrator clean.
