It is beautiful. But if you warm something in the microwave the cup gets super hot that you cannot handle or drink from it.

Mugs are beautiful and sturdy. The paint somehow feels not as high quality as the mugs themselves. Mugs are easy to hold. Overall they are great for coffee and tea. Medium weight. They are dishwasher safe. No chipping after being washed in the dishwasher for months.

I just needed a couple extra mugs and was looking for something attractive. These are very nice non-toxic ceramic mugs. There is a different pattern on each of the mugs. The patterns are pleasing and repeated throughout the mug, so they are not overly "busy." They are neutral colors, with the same harvest gold handle on both mugs.These mugs are 4 1/2" tall with the 3 1/2" diameter across the top of each mug. I weighed these mugs out of sheer curiosity. They are lighter than some of my other mugs. The harvest gold mug weighs 11.1 oz. The white mug weighs in at 10.6 oz. They look the same size, so it is a curiosity why one is heavier than the other. The handles are "D" shaped, which gives them an easy-to-hold and ergonomic grip. Two fingers can easily fit into the "D", which prevents the mug from sliding or rotating. Perfect for people who maybe have arthritic fingers. I measured these mugs carefully and found them to hold a full 16 oz of beverage with a little room to spare at the top. If you were to add sugar, cream, or lemon, you could have a full 15 oz with plenty of room for coffee and tea condiments.These mugs are microwavable and dishwasher safe, so they are easy care. They are perfect for my needs. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. These mugs may feel a bit lighter than some other mugs, but I space my mugs and glassware out in the dishwasher so that they do not knock into each other. I actually prefer having some mugs that do not weigh over a pound before I fill it. Just be aware that if you microwave these mugs, the handles become very hot, so you will want to use a hot pad when removing it from the microwave. I feel comfortable giving these mugs 5 stars.

These are coffee mugs. Well made, ceramic I assume. They have a light weight and average thickness. The material seems fragile and I am concerned that they will chip easily. The artistic design is what makes them stand out. I typically don't buy mugs on the Vine program but I was really attracted to these designs and they do not disappoint in person. Every bit as lovely as in the picture. They do pretty average in terms of insulation and keeping drinks warm.

I love these mugs, both are attractive with their whimsical patterns and bright mix of colors on the outside, solid white color on the inside. Large capacity and secure handles.
