I like to use this as part of a blend with smoked paprika, chipotle, oregano, black pepper and cumin, then decide if I want salt or not. That way can control salt and heat. .

I needed the chili powder for a specific recipe. It really enhanced the dish. Great product!

I tried 2 other brands and although they had good reviews they were not nearly as good as Simply Organic. I've sent it out as gifts to a couple of friends and they love it too. It's a new flavor to me and has added new dimensions to my Mexican cooking, especially my old trusted and true chili con carne. Highly recommend.

I love this ancho chili pepper. I use it on everything. I add it to my guacamole and it is great added to just sour cream as a dip for tortilla chips. I use this instead of paprika in many things like deviled eggs.
