Escapes Fashion Art Coloring Book

An excellent reference for all things fashion! I buy these books not for the colouring but for the graphics.

I intend to use the motifs in this book as designs for traditional embroidery with cotton floss. The many pages provide hundreds of small drawings that can be traced, transferred to fabric, and stitched on a variety of projects--small pictures, clothing accents, accessories such as glasses cases, etc. I expect to use lots of the delightful designs to embellish items for myself and as gifts. I definitely got my money's worth with this item! I'm exceptionally pleased with the purchase.

The illustrations are lovely, and extremely detailed. Some are so minuscule as to be almost impossible to complete. This is not a book for children, and I would only recommend it for more advanced colorists. Extra fine markers are a must for the collage series. I do not find this as relaxing as many of her other fine books. It is a real challenge to color it well, and I wish it was available in a larger format.

I love Marty Noble coloring books and she did not disappoint with this one. I love all the pictures and look forward to coloring for many hours. The only thing I wish Dover would change would be to make the paper thicker. other than that I am very pleased

Really fun book. 55 fairly intricate fashion pictures. Single sided which is great also!
