Even though printhead could not be cleaned, the company providing the cleaner was very gracious in assisting with solving the problem and directing me towards other potential issues.I appreciate the actions of this company and its contacting me to resolve my issue despite the problem not being fixed by their cleaning solution due to potential printhead electronic board failure.

Inkjet heads plugged on HP OfficeJet Pro 6978. Even after thorough cleaning with this product the problem was not resolved. I suspect this cleaner may work if used before the heads get plugged bad enough to affect print quality, but it was worthless after the heads failed to print properly.

This fits the ink inputs for the Canon MX922 much much better than the others. With the others the fit was not secure and it was difficult to turn the head over the sink to view the output as I pushed on the syringe... no problem with this one.Does a good job. Highly recommended.

Mess everywhere . Ruined printer.

Cleaned the print head just fine after figuring how to make sure the tube from the syringe was properly seated. Does make a slight mess but was worth it in the long run. A month later, print is still clear.
