I have a horrible neck, osteoarthritis, degenerative disc disease, straightening of the spine and my C3456 herniate on a dime. I am always id pain due to my neck. I use a neck traction device daily as I continue to work out as I need to keep fit, strong and healthy. I have tries so many things and This has helped so far, it is so much better than just padding, you can really feel the load shifted to the shoulder off the neck. I have had repeated months where I could do nothing and stopped working out al together because my neck was so bad. Looking forward to continued use and getting stronger.

This seems great when it's in your hands...it's sturdy yet is bendable, it sits nicely on my shoulders...however, in use, well that's a different story. It is extremely uncomfortable, hard and the bend-ability goes away....I find using the bare bar on the back of my neck the lesser of the two evils. I tried to give it away but it doesn't fit larger men at all (6'4' athletic). If you are a woman or small/average man and are using this for physio or lighter weights than this is a useful product but this is not for bodybuilders and heavy weight training.

Es muy cómodo, soy una persona que mide 1.70 y pesa 75kg, se ajusta muy bien a mi cuello/hombros PERO el protector no se abraza bien a la barra, tienes que forzar un poco el protector para que se conecte a la barra y cuando le quitas la presión del cuerpo al protector este se cae de la barra.

Very uncomfortable, does not sit on my shoulder at all, very bad cheap material, already has a tear on it, it shows on the photo I attached, not worth it to buy, do t spend your money and time at all, Im gonna return it right away
