Quite disapointing, save your money.
Had high expectations, as apartment maintenance tech I got this since most properties dont have a strainer to use a normal drain remover tool, this seemed worth the money. I truly believe hand tools are an investment. Had it in my van eager to use, cause i'm a sucker for gimmicky tools and the tool felt solidly constructed. Well I tried it on this drain today which appeared a previous man failed to remove before me. So I was ready to get the job dome and I do as the instructions say to simply tighten and open the jaws and once it grips tight to twist and unscrew the drain, well the jaws didnt really grip anything and kept slipping out as I tightened. And the red grip is nice if you are simply tightening by hand but if you need to wrench and remove a stubborn drain, the rubber grip just gets shredded while being in the way of getting a grip. So after a couple attempts with the tool popping out of the drain I hammer the jaws back in as they slip. Doing so caused the small screw to snap holding the first jaw in place and as I tightened more the threads got shredded and the first jaw just fell apart. Couldnt get my work done cause I had too much hope in this thing.PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY.The only thing this is good for is maybe some sort of toy in the bedroom if your into that stuff.I wish I could of found out sooner and returned this.

Doesn’t work
I do not recommend this tool, does not do the work, it does not hold to the drain, if you adjust it, it breaks, they stole my money, tools, more cheap, they work better
