Good but disappointing thing is that excluded insert

The carbide cutters are missing.
The product arrived without the all important carbide cutters, though the description and photos clearly state that they are included. Thinking it was an oversight, I requested a replacement. But that too was missing the cutters. Clearly that was a delibrate omission. The product is quite useless without the cutters. So I returned the product and got a refund (thankfully without any hassle).
