Years ago my chiropractor recommended taking this form of calcium. I was using a more expensive brand when I discovered this company has the same thing. Many years ago I had a bone scan done and it showed some places in my body where my bones were not doing well. After I’ve been taking this product for years, I reversed the bone loss and my bone scan came back perfect. Currently, as I’m aging, osteopenia it’s just beginning to start. So I do need to combine weight-bearing exercises along with this calcium. I only mention this in case others may experience the same thing. The bottom line, this is a good form of calcium. I also take magnesium and vitamin D with it.

I am shocked at how well this stuff works. I used to have very weak teeth, and almost every year had some slight cavity on the gum line or in the gaps, even though I took good care of my teeth.
