Absolutely killed my hands. No ventilation. Terrible product
I had to return these after trying out for two sessions. Sweat builds up so much in these, causing internal slipping and hand injuries, even with wraps on. Do yourself a favour and avoid these.

Nice but too big
Good quality but they aren’t tight on the wrist at all. I’m a small girl so 16oz gloves need to be tight and fit me well. Would not recommend for smaller people. I have large hands but my wrists are small. They literally were as tight as I could wrap them and my wrist had 1-2 inches on either side to move around in the gloves.

A Split Decision
I ordered two pairs of these gloves several months apart. First, I bought a 16oz all black pair for my fiance; they were fantastic! No odor, good padding, he liked the fit. Later, I ordered a 14oz blue pair for myself- disaster! The blue pair arrived smelling like a chemical and mildew cocktail, but I thought they probably just needed to off-gas. I aired them out before use, but the smell never dissipated. When I finally got around to using them, the left glove was clearly defective and my hand kept slipping out of position. I contacted Sanabul customer service but they gave me the run around and, when I tried explaining once again that I probably just received a defective blue pair, they actually asked "...if you thought our gloves were defective, why did you order them?" I explained again that I had _received_ a defective pair after ordering what I believed to be great gloves, but they stopped replying to me. I was forced to contact Amazon customer service for a refund (and ordered Venum gloves instead). I'd say these Sanabul gloves are hit or miss.

Not enough padding for heavy bag work if you hit the bag hard
I really wanted to like these gloves for the price. I purchased the 16oz gloves for my boxing class. We hit heavy bags and I was looking for a well built durable glove to wear to class. The gloves look amazing but when it comes to padding and hand protection, these are not good for those of you out there that hit the bag hard. My first time using them I cut my knuckles up on the inside of the glove. The padding on these gloves is not good for those of us that punch hard. I am 5’10” 190 lbs and the 16oz were just way to thin and don’t protect the hand like they should.Great brand. Just not a good product for hitting heavy bags hard. I guess as the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

Hurts the knuckles like hell. Weight should NOT equal size. That's not how this should work.
I remember using everlast in the 90s, they were large but really didnt hurt my knucklex. I'm an old guy now and there are all these gloves advertised as just "boxing gloves" that suppose to do everything, like "pinching bag fighting gloves". WTF? The sport of boxing has the right ways of doing things. Heavy bag is heavy bag, sparring is sparring. Also, glove weights only means how heavy a glove is, NOT how large or small it is, which differs from weight lifting and other gloves. Otherwise, just label small, medium, large, but no, in order to make as much money as possible, this just says punching bag working out fighting gloves. Oh the guide. Well, there isn't one for people who weight from 170 to 179. There's 140 to 160, and 180 above....where is the 170 range???Now the lack of shock absorbtion. Every punch on just a reflex bag hurts like hell on the knuckles, and wearing a gel strap makes it even worse. Smh. There is no shock absorbrion at all. Not sure why there are overwhelming so f'ing many positive reviews. They sure fooled me. Just trying to do some aerobic exercise. Smh.

YOU WILL INJURED YOURSELF IF YOU USE THESE GLOVES
**DO NOT BUY**These are by far the worst gloves for anyone to ever get due to lack of sufficient padding. Your knuckles and intermediate phalanx should not be continously sore from boxing. If these gloves are used long term, you will injure yourself. Unfortunately, this is something that is best to not buy cheaply for this reason. Everlast has never failed me and I bought Sanabul after I left my Everlast gloves on a vacation trip back home. This is a contact sport that requires proper protection and Sanabul just doesn't cut it.
