There is nothing to dislike about this item. It is just as described by seller. It keeps it's shape overnight and stays cool. I don't know why I took so long deciding on this item after looking at dozens of other priced higher, lower and everything in between.Thank you I now sleep the entire night without getting uncomfortable with my rolled up towels, blankets and whatever I have tried.

This is a great knee pillow for putting between your legs when you are side sleeping or putting in front of one leg to put/prop the other leg on (perfect height for this) while side sleeping to keep your hips and back aligned or putting behind/under your knees when sleeping on your back. It helps with my lower back and hip pain.I wish it were a little taller/thicker (an inch or 2) because it does compress a bit and I also wish it was a rectangular shape instead of the half moon because that would make it a little easier to use between your knees. The biggest con is the zipper pull, which needs a cover for when the cover is zipped on, so you could tuck the zipper pull away into a little fabric area/loop so the zipper pull isn't stabbing your leg. These are why I couldn't give it 5 stars.Some of the reviews stated things like that it doesn't look like the picture (not half moon and/or bumpy) or it never became uncompressed. These are simply not true! I received the product exactly as advertised and it does not have any lingering odor!

I have a spinal injury and was expecting to use this as a lumbar support pillow while sleeping on my back; though it's comfortable, it flattens out. I'm 229lbs so it may be that it's for smaller individuals but it was a bit too lacking in firmness for someone my size to use in that capacity. It's comfortable under my knees but still a bit squishy. I have several lumbar pillows now and this is the least used because, although the egg crate top looks like it will be therapeutic, it doesn't suit my needs.

I have low back issues and I use this under my knees to provide a little bit of traction. But sometimes when I turn on my side it’s really nice to either hold onto to support my shoulders or to support my knee for my hip. Sometimes I keep one leg straight and then the other leg over and support it with the pillow. This was just a few dollars more than your basic model. It’s wonderful having the cooling gel feature. I would definitely go for this model rather than the basic model which is just a few dollars less.

This pillow is nothing like the photo or description. It is much smaller than expected and it is supposed to be firm for back support but it is floppy and flimsy. The instructions say to let the pillow sit near a cold window for several hours and it will rise to the proper half moon shape, but after 4 days that never happened. The pillow never became big enough to even fill the cover it's in - the cover is hanging off it. Definitely not firm enough to provide any kind of support. Very disappointed since the pictures of the product are exactly what I was looking for.

From reading the description of this bolster pillow it looks from the photos and sounds as if it is pretty firm. I got it for my neck because I have severe pain in my neck and shoulders all of the time. It is not NEAR firm enough for any kind of support at all. It might work for between your ankles, but I don't even know if it would work for between the knees. It also doesn't say it has to be left near an open window for 3 days before use? It's winter here. As an aside, it did come in the original companies box, but the mailing sticker was placed over the instructions, cleaning and warranty information. I don't even know if I'll be able to send it back now.

Loving it. I’ve tried so many types of cushions for my legs in order to sleep, but this one is working great! And it stays cool as I sleep and my legs don’t sweat!
