Worth the money people tell me i will never break that lock

Steal a trailer with this on it, No Way!! Whatever a trailer is carrying and this lock is on it, it's not worth the effort getting out of the trk to give a try. Someone will defiantly notice the commotion from a thief's attempts to remove it and call the cops if owner's not around. The body of this thing practicably has half inch everywhere steel with exception to the solid steel front square that you see. The second part, locking coupling cylinder, is solid steel from top to bottom with exception to narrow locking cylinder. Better to pass and go to next trailer.Tip; get special made industrial grade security chain w/lock for wheels (chain that cannot be cut by bolt cutters w/recommended lock), make towing chains removable with clips and remove when parked.

Difficult to latch, difficult to unlock but sturdy
I have difficulty getting the locks to engage when installing on the new travel trailers and then the key does not always disengage the lock very easily. Otherwise, the locks seems sturdy and provide good security.

Lock was supposedly correct size for hitch ...
but I had to grind a little off the ball to get it to fit correctly, which is whatever... It is still very sturdy and I worry a lot less about showing up to a missing trailer.

Buy this before you get your trailer stolen! I haven't seen a better lock than this one it's quick and easy to set up and it fits just right, it has movement but there is no way they are taking it off with out the key. You value your stuff? then by this lock.

beast of a lock
this thing is heavy, much heavier than you expect for something this size. fit well on my coupler, although it wasn't as tight as i expected. but i think that was just my expectations being off, i didn't see any weak spot due to tightness. it looks like the coupler itself will be destroyed before the lock comes off. incredibly expensive, 10x more than your average coupler lock, but i think it's worth it. i've only had it a couple weeks and no longer feel the high initial cost. so it's not that bad really.
