Have always loved my Quality Streets from my growing up years in London. Excited to receive my 2 boxes today ~ ThankYou!One box is meant for a family member as a surprise gift and I’m just disappointed how damaged the boxes are for presentation. Packaging was sufficient with protection so I believe they were damaged prior.

Excellent product .

I was so excited to find a large box of Quality Street chocolates on Amazon but I opened it to discover a box full of chewed up wrappers and partially opened candies. It looks like there are a couple of bite marks on the bottom of the box. I immediately tried to return/exchange the product which was quite expensive, and this seller (DMT Distributors) offers no return or exchange! After jumping through a few hoops I received a full refund from Amazon customer service.I would not purchase from this seller again, and probably won’t buy this product in a cardboard box again, as these beautiful colorful wrappers must make excellent nesting material for industrious little warehouse creatures.

I Love Quality Street, but this box was stale. All the cream centers that should be soft were hard. Very disappointed. I have bought same product from other supplier s on Amazon and not had this problem.

The chocolate is sour, sickly, and vile. I thought it might be out of date, but it doesn't expire for another 6 months.

The last box I had purchased was Stale!! A lot of The chocolates were not in wrappers and the chocolate was discoloured and hard as a rock-not edible. Had to throw them out. Amazon was very supportive in replacing the item and it was greatly appreciated. This is not an inexpensive chocolate by any means. However, the new box I received was as it should be, it was fresh and packaged properly, in order to maintain the integrity or the chocolate. Quality Street chocolate’s have been around a long time and considered a high-end chocolate with great flavour. My replacement box was just that and I am happy with my purchase. Thing’s like this probably occur periodically and my story was one of which I believe may have been an isolated incident. In essence, thank you Amazon, for helping me to get this problem resolved-greatly appreciated.

Given as a gifts. I kept one in the package and the other displayed in a Christmas tin. The price here is cheaper than stores and can be better since the packaging is not a tin. I find you do need to be careful of selections and if there are options make sure you check all provided and that you are getting the best lowest price.

Lot of toffee and fudge, kind of a gamble as to if you get more or less of the hood candies

These are such a nice assortment to have in a dish! They seem to disappear fast! Very yummy!

I gave this massive box of chocolates as a gift. They are not eatable as they are so old they are rock hard.
