Make sure that you read instructions for useage. this item is not applicable to all type of thread sealing applications.

The sealant is basically a liquid form of ptfe thread tape. Once the sealant dries it has the same consistency as the tape. It definitely sticks to your skin well and can be hard to wash off. A small amount will go a long way when sealing threads.
