Emerita - Dim with Calcium D Glucarate 60 Vegetarian Capsules 136118

I have to use this under my NDs supervision but it sure works!

I've asked this question twice already with no response. I want to know if I can take 200mg of this instead of the 100mg dosage recommendation. I've done a lot of studying on DIM and most studies suggest 200 to 300mg of DIM for it to work to its full potential. Because this includes the calcium-d-glucarate, I want to know if it's safe to double this dosage to 200mg? I have taken this for a few weeks and it has decreased bloating and helped stabilize some of my mood swings as well as curb cravings and also helped PMS symptoms to a small degree so far.

I've been taking this for about 3 weeks now. The only negative thing I experienced was headaches, but other than that I haven't had any extreme symptoms. I'm also noticing changes in my skin, which is getting clearer. I've also felt less foggy in my mind and have experienced NO emotional irritation (annoyance) which is something I felt almost EVERY day for the past 7 years. I wish I would've taken this when I was younger as opposed to birth control (for helping with emotional things) because I feel like a totally different person 💜

It helped my symptoms a lot. I am still taking it. I've used it before and it is still working.In my opinion, it is the best.

I really love this product for acne and estrogen dominance. It's really helpful for PMS as well. I get headaches when I take too much DIM so I empty it out so there's about half or 3/4 left, and then take it that way. Calcium d glucarate is a great addition to DIM - it helps with detoxification. Great if you're a paleo or high protein dieter too.
