Snapped in half on the second use. I was using this to pull a small ATV from the mud using another ATV, snapped and slingshot back, missed my face by an inch, so I threw it away on the spot.Considering this us a safety hazard, I’d recommend buying a higher quality product.

Already broken, no way to talk to someone to have a new corde or a refund you need to wait for them to call but they don't call it's been almost 1 month that am waiting for the call so disapointing
