Do they come wax-tipped in the box (like Schneider Gelion+ refills do) to prevent drying out in storage?

No they do not come with a wax tip, these are oil based ink that lasts a long time without drying out. The water based Gel-inks dry out a lot faster, it will last for one year after the wax is removed.

An internet search reveals that 755 Slider refills come in bold (XB) and medium (M) points. Schneider makes other types of fine-tip pens, but not with these refills.

This fit the retractable Schneider pens?

I bought mine for the Schneider Rave retractable pen.

$7.69 price is for one refill ?? An entire new pen is only $5.97 ??

Caveat emptor!!! Purchase multipack refills - they are more inexpensive.
