This product was great and it definitely works You step on the silver part in the back just like you would a barber’s chair and it definitely raises up

The media could not be loaded. When I was building the pedicure chair i noticed that it was missing some screws

Missing screws and one screw was bent still waiting on replacement parts and it comes with no instructions of how to put together

The Pedi station is very nice and seems to be made very well. The only problem was it was short on some parts but, it was quickly resolved as they sent the missing parts very quickly and I am completely satisfied with the end result.
