reiga 54" White DC Motor Modern Ceiling Fan with Dimmable LED Light Kit Remote Control, for Living room / Restaurant / Bedroom / Patio

This is second fan I've purchased from Reiga. I had no issues with the first one which I installed 6 months. However, the second fan has some subtle design differences, and the light does not work. All the wiring is correctly installed.

Within a week the led light stopped working seller is responsive but wouldnt help with a manual, the light is still broken no further communication from seller ...

It did not meet our requirements. The description says that they offer 30 days unsatisfied replacement free or return 100% refund service. But they closed the return back offer within 2 weeks.

Noisy Returned it waste if charges paid to electrician

Product is as advertised & is very quiet, it has really nice shaped blades, am very happy overall with the fan.

No Breeze so I had to return this and buy reiga 3 wing fan which is better than this model.

The fans look great but you’ll be disappointed not long after installing them. I have 2 of these and they give off a noticeable amount of air inside of a screen in 10x20 patio.From the jump, the fans had completely different mounting options that were mismatched and I could not install one of the fan’s canopy covering the wires until they sent me a replacement part.The issues, they are noisy and wobbly. The balance kit they come with does not work because the blades are too thick. I tried to balance them different ways but no success so they wobble and make a ton of noise.I was never able to get the smart functions to work, even after reaching out to customer service. The steps they have you do simply do not work.Most recently, at the 6 month mark, the warm white light stopped working on one of the fans and you can’t switch between color temperatures. The other issue is that the light will not turn off at all.I should have returned the fans when I initially had mismatched mounting brackets, now I’m back to looking for new fans.

This has been the perfect addition to our room! It is beautiful in person, quiet, and moves a large amount of air. The remote is great because I can use it from bed. I often turn it off at night because I am cold, which is quite welcome in our Arizona summers. Keeps the air conditioner from running constantly which saves us money. We have 7 fans in our house and this is by far our favorite one! The blades are actually wood and assembly was simple for those that are handy. Would purchase again!!

We replaced an old pull chain ceiling fan/light kit that was loud and didn't move much air. Wow what a difference! First, it's crazy quiet...like no noise at all...even at top speed, the only sound is the wind moving around the room. The fan/light has a nice remote that does everything but even better...install the app and connect it to Google Home. My wife loves that she can walk in the room and say, "Hey Google, turn on the ceiling fan." Great purchase.

Editing this.. regia customer service is in constant communication with me now.. They are willing to do to make things better. Best way to contact them is to message them from Amazon.Will update the review once the resolution is done. Again I am impressed how regia is putting customer service as their utmost priority.Currently waiting on the resolution.Be careful !!!1) no customer service real contact (I have emailed them let’s see what response I get)2) blades came damaged —- they claim it real wood .. not sure if it is3) even after damaged blades I went ahead and hired an electrician and paid him $250 to install this in my high ceiling .. after installing fan doesn’t even connect to the app or Alexa ..4) they have outdated manual so app connection may just not be working because their manual is not up to date with the app

Bought 2 of these fans for our enclosed patio. Installation was relatively easy, super quiet, air circulation is great and very stylish! The remote is nice with plenty of features and once you download and link the app to the fans I was pleasantly surprised you can connect these to Alexa! Loved these fans so much I ordered another one for the living room.
